Smoothie

I work out early in the morning and need a little breakfast that is easy to digest and gives me the energy to work out for an hour or two. This is not a meal replacement but could be a meal by adding more protein powder.
Ingredients:
2 cups of water
2 cup of the fruit of your choice like blueberries, cherries, banana
3 tbsp of Hemp Protein Powder
A handful of greens like Kale (I grow it in my garden)
3 dates
Directions:
Put everything in the blender and blend a minute or until blended, then store up to 4 days in the refrigerator.
