Fresh Strawberry Pie

I like low sugar recipes so I was excited to figure this out! You'll want to eat the entire pie!
Ingredients:
Pie crust of your choice in a 9" pie dish, cooked and cooled
3 oz of softened cream cheese spread on the bottom of the pie shell
1 cup of smashed strawberries so it becomes like juice (blender is preferred)
1 tbsp Corn Starch to the strawberry juice and bring to a low boil to thicken, then set aside to cool. In a large bowl, add fresh stawberries, cut in slices, then stir in the thickend juice.
Add whipped cream Enjoy!
Directions:
Cook pie crust, then cool.
Cook strawberry juice with corn starch and bring to a low boil to thicken, then set aside to cool.
In a large bowl, add fresh strawberries, cut in slices, then stir in the thickened juice. , then cool
Add sliced strawberries with thickened juice to the pie shell
Serve with whipped cream.
