I was inspired by the Dalgona coffee recipes.
3 Tbsp Instant Coffee
1 Tbsp sugar
2 Tbsp water
1 Tbsp Chocolate syrup
5 Cups Whipping cream.
In a mixing bowl, add the instant coffee, sugar, and water.
Using an electric mixer, whip the ingredients until the mixture is light and fluffy where the mixture reaches stiff peaks. 4. Add chocolate syrup and continue to mix.
In a different mixing bowl, add the whipping cream.
Using an electric mixer, whip until light and fluffy where the cream has peaks.
Layer whip cream and coffee mixture.
Drizzle chocolate syrup over the top.
Mix/fold with a spoon and eat.
