Apple Banana muffins

I love food and anything to do with space!!! For this recipe, I was looking for something healthy but wanted the satisfaction of having something sweet! I tweaked the recipe to fit what I like and it came out great! My family loves it and you can have 2 or 3 and not overdo it cause they are healthy!!!!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup Apple
1 cup Banana, ripe
2 Eggs, large
1 tbsp cashew butter ( optional)
1 1/2 cups Almond flour or almond meal
3/4 tsp Baking soda
1 dash Sea salt or Himalayan salt
1 tbsp any oil so it doesn’t stick to the cupcake holders
Directions:
Mix almond flour, baking soda, & a dash of salt
Mix with the ripe banana measurement with cashew butter optional
Add eggs Then mix
Finally, add apples
Fold into mixture
Lightly oil cupcake holder/pan
Scoop dough and put in the cups
Cook for 16-18 min or until lightly brown
Ready to eat!
