Apple Banana muffins

I love food and anything to do with space!!! For this recipe, I was looking for something healthy but wanted the satisfaction of having something sweet! I tweaked the recipe to fit what I like and it came out great! My family loves it and you can have 2 or 3 and not overdo it cause they are healthy!!!!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Apple

  • 1 cup Banana, ripe

  • 2 Eggs, large

  • 1 tbsp cashew butter ( optional)

  • 1 1/2 cups Almond flour or almond meal

  • 3/4 tsp Baking soda

  • 1 dash Sea salt or Himalayan salt

  • 1 tbsp any oil so it doesn’t stick to the cupcake holders

Directions:

  1. Mix almond flour, baking soda, & a dash of salt

  2. Mix with the ripe banana measurement with cashew butter optional

  3. Add eggs Then mix

  4. Finally, add apples

  5. Fold into mixture

  6. Lightly oil cupcake holder/pan

  7. Scoop dough and put in the cups

  8. Cook for 16-18 min or until lightly brown

  9. Ready to eat!
